[cairo] Get extents

Hi,I was trying to use cariomm in one of my personal projects and noticed that `ScaledFont::get_text_extents()` and `ScaledFont::get_glyph_extens()` are declared in the header but are not actually implemented.I've created a PR in the official repository on GitHub  https://github.com/freedesktop/cairomm/pull/4 that adds the implementation of these methods but I'm not sure it got anyone's attention.What can I do to get it merged?Regards,Vitaly Dyachkov
