Not currently.

There are people that have expressed interest in having this work, and
I know of at least one person that has started looking into this.

Since Xr is intended to support a variety of different backends,
(in-memory images, graphics display devices, page devices such as PDF,
etc.), this mailing list would be an appropriate forum for discussing
problems/progress with Xr portability.
