[Cairo] Possible license change: MIT -> LGPL

For clarification:  what is the motivation?  The MIT license is less
restrictive than the LGPL, isn't it?  So what is the gain from moving to
a more restrictive license?

Perhaps contributors to don't want their code being used commercially?


PS:  I really don't want to start a flame war or anything, but I am
honestly confused.
