These are just internal interfaces. Feel free to pass a new parameter
or two through them as needed. (I just found that
cairo_ft_font_text_path and cairo_ft_font_glyph_path were both missing
an x/y pair).

I didn't end up getting as much done as I wanted. And email works just
fine if not better in most cases.
