[Cairo] CVS commit mailing list available

I've just set up a mailing list that people can use to watch CVS
commits:

http://pdx.freedesktop.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cairo-commit

If nothing else, this will reduce silly little messages like, "I've
just fixed the following bugs in module foo" on the main
cairo at cairographics.org mailing list.

I will continue to discuss user-visible API changes here on the list
before implementing them.

PS. The new mailing list appears as cairo-commit at pdx.freedesktop.org.
This is the new server, to which the cairographics.org name will be
changed eventually.
