[cairo] Cairo documentation

Hi,
I was looking for a good documentation on Cairo. I tried to build it
from cairo/doc/reference, but I could build it only after adding a
missing file xml/cairo_set_target_image.xml (I just copied
cairo_set_target_surface.xml and modified it at couple of places. Pls
see attachment.) and applying the attached patch. Please commit it, if
it worth commiting.

After building the reference doc, I found it incomplete at many places.
I would appreciate, if someone could give me a pointer to a complete
Cairo documentation.
