I'm afraid you've found all there is.

Thomas Hunger has put greatly appreciated effort into infrastructure for the
cairo reference manual, but there is more work needed to bring it up
to date, and add more complete and accurate documentation for each
function.

This is an area where volunteers would be quite welcome.
