[cairo] Making pixman a detail

I just put a symlink in the CVS repository from libpixman ->
cairo/pixman.

That was enough to let me still make use of an existing libpixman
checkout I had around that had some patches sitting in it, (and it
works fine with an rsync-ed copy of the repository).
