[cairo] Glyph extents API

I'm reworking the glyph extents implementation and have a simple
question for anyone planning on using the public function
'cairo_scaled_font_glyph_extents'.

Right now, this function takes an array of glyphs and returns the
overall extents for the whole set.

I'm wondering if anyone ever plans on sending more than one glyph at a
time to this function as it would dramatically simplify the
implementation if it allowed for only one glyph at a time.
