This is the right list for cairo, and as good a list as there is for
libsvg and libsvg-cairo.

Yes, that looks like just missing checks. (It looks like there's just
hard-coded -lpng and -ljpeg in libsvg.pc.in).

There are checks in libsvg/configure.in for libxml-2. I'm not sure why
they might not be working.

I'm not the best here either. I did the original stuff there, and as
you can see I botched it. :-)

If anyone wants to contribute a fix for these, that would be great.
