[cairo] Problem compiling Cairo..doesn't detect fontconfig/freetype installation

Yes I did run the configure script and did in exactly the way as told above.
And as already specified .. I have tried installing png/freetype and
fonconfig in my home folder as well. I can't figure out what exactly the
problem is.
