[cairo] Quad PPC from IBM

Hello!

IBM donated a quad-proc PPC for Inkscape testing, and we'd like to see 
it get even more use than that.  I've got Ubuntu Dapper installed on it, 
so anyone that wants to do some Cairo builds/testing is welcome to use 
it too.  If you're interested in getting an account on it, please email 
me your SSH pub key and desired account name.
