Feel free to use the cairographics.org wiki.

And do you have a freedesktop.org account yet? If so, you can use that
to host a git repository for the code, or for just tar files, or what
have you.

If not, go ahead and ask for one here and I'll create the account for
you:

So that's one other available option at least.
