Hi,
I haven't compile cairo from scratch yet but you can download precompiled GTK+ library with cairo package inside http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/modules/news/ and also C++ binding to GTK Gtkmm with cairomm http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/gnome/binaries/win32/gtkmm/2.10/

Hi,
what’s
recommended (or simple) way to compile Cairo on Win32 (using Visual C++ is
preferred)? http://cairographics.org/win32
names a few, but they seem to be not very satisfying.
Michael
