[cairo] Lander Game

One more patch.  Somewhere along the line since cairo 0.whatever, when
svgspacewar was written, something changed so that the little turning
lights went missing.  This patch reverses the order of the
cairo_translate and the cairo_pattern_create_radial + cairo_set_source
calls, which brings those lights back.
