[cairo] Matrix visualization of cairo-perf-diff output

Want to know quickly, which tests of cairo-perf where affected by my
patches. Therefore I've hacked some little Python script to visualise
the output of cairo-perf-diff as matrix. Attached you'll find the script
and the output for my static-regions2 branch.
