[cairo] Using 1.4.x on ARM targets

Your config looks quite like mine, minimal deps and old ARM ABI w/ soft-float.

Could you send a small code snippet that shows the error? Do you run
the ARM big-endian or small-endian? And which ARM? (IXP4xx BE here).
