[cairo] Problem with using Cairo on win98

   Antoine Azar and I (Frédéric Plourde) have been porting parts of 
cairo to win32 and fixing issues with makefiles under windows, amongst 
other things, for the past few months. If you want any specific help 
about that, I'll be glad to answer your questions ;-)
