[cairo] --disable-freetype configure switch gone?

It had to go during my major build system rewrite. "cairo-XYZ" is not
controlled by "--enable-XYZ". FreeType was the only one violating this rule
before. The changes were so many that I forgot to put this in the ChangeLog.
