Hi Antoine,

I meant to mention this earlier, but could you convince your mailer to
send patches as plain-text attachments? If that's difficult could you
please just put the patches inline as part of the message?

The motivation is that I'd like it to be easy to simply reply to the
message to comment on the patch, but now if I do that I get:
