[cairo] rsvg and cairo alpha puzzle

Should I set that var and then re-compile gnome-python-desktop? Sorry to be 
dumb about this.
Also, does the compiling of gnome-python-desktop not need the source for 
librsvg (or the headers)? How do I ensure it points to the right place?
