It might not be 100% there, but it certainly gets thing a lot nearer
correct for this backend. The main issue was that in past times, the
fixed point formats used by cairo / pixman / glitz were the same.

At some point, this changed, and the glitz backend was never fixed to
pass the correctly converted data into glitz.
