[cairo] cairo/glitz sample code

Hi,

We use glitz at my job and we maintain a forked branch of glitz, which
fix some small issues and add "texture from pixmap" support and indirect
rendering. I must add it in freedesktop git repository since a few month
(sorry Carl) but i can't, lack of time. 

If you are interested, you can grab our latest code in my git repos
