[cairo] Wiki Broken?

The problem was caused by a change in ikiwiki, which has been updated to
a newer version. I have changed the editpage template to make it work
again.

There are more changes in ikiwiki causing problems in the cairo wiki
(e.g., the recentchanges page does not work). According to the ikiwiki
NEWS file, the wiki needs to be rebuilt. Carl, could you please do that?

There is another problem with non-working wikilinks now, see the
documentation page. We'll see if the rebuild fixes this as well.
