Thanks Kristian,

This implements most of the stuff you and I talked about in October last
year (or was it 2006?  Don't know!).  That is, we extract glyph extents
and glyph path from the meta-surface, which is really cool.

What's not in this is support for ARGB glyphs.  But that's a pretty new
concept that can be added in the future.
