[cairo] XCB compilation issue

Hi,

I've just pulled latest git revision and it fails to compile with xcb
backend enabled. A shame.

I've bisect and the first bad commit is:

    [cairo-xlib] Fix show_glyphs when failing to upload a glyph

which is a pretty big one.

Did anyone look into this?
