[cairo] cairo 1.7.4 snapshot won't build directfb surface

GIT head has fixed things up in (7fbda72137d8685718a8e8fe1d3af5b1d377521c
to be specific) so maybe a new snapshot would be nice.

Reason for asking: building new debian experimental packages.

Although the current 1.6.4 stable package disables acceleration for
directfb entirely since it messes up screen repainting in the
debian installer:

So it might still need to be disabled.
