[cairo] SVG backend test failures

Hi,

Please be kind with the SVG backend, and run more regularly the
testsuite with the SVG target enabled. Almost all the tests involving
text rendering are currently broken. I don't know when the brokage
happened, it was probably during the last two weeks.
