[cairo] Big pdf files

While browsing through the proposed additions to iso 32000, I noticed
a proposal to support >10Gig pdf files¹.

On that page, there is a comment that:

FR0029> with the use of Xref streams (PDF 1.5), the 10G limit
FR0029> is no longer present.

I don’t see anything in cairo which looks like it deals with this.

Cross-Reference Steams are described in PDF32000_2008.pdf in §7.5.8
starting on p57 and in PDFReference17.pdf in §3.4.7 on p106.

Cairo probably should switch to such streams in non-1.4 pdfs if the
file’s size approaches ten Gigs.
