[cairo] differences between \352\260\220 and a korean character "가"

Hi,

Do you mean something like following?
* you want to write Korean character in C source code directly
* but it does not work well
* you had to write octal expression of UTF-8 string (like "\352\260...")

If my guessing is right, it might depend on how the compiler
handles non-ASCII character in C source code. Is it cairo-
specific issue?
