[cairo] Pycairo-1.8.8 doesn't install cairo/__init__.py

Pycairo-1.8.8 doesn't install ${PYCAIRO_SOURCE}/src/__init__.py as
/usr/lib/python${PYTHON_VERSION}/site-packages/cairo/__init__.py.
It's probably caused by moving of ${PYCAIRO_SOURCE}/cairo/__init__.py
to ${PYCAIRO_SOURCE}/src/__init__.py and removal of 'packages' keyword
argument of dic.setup() in setup.py. It causes that 'import cairo' fails.
