[cairo] [PATCH] Workaround for pixman-combine* related build issues

Hi,

After commit 412b4b50f7bd8ac29e4c9b20e613154c1b5e371a ('Use ALPHA_8 in
pixman-image.c instead of Alpha'), building pixman started to fail for me:
