[cairo] copy data to a 565 xlib surface

hi,

For the record, the solution to my question.
a- use a GdkImage with the right depth (16), get the data
pointer GDK_IMAGE_XIMAGE(m_image)->data and draw on to this
b- you can directly draw this on to the window/offscreen pixmap of the same
depth (16) using gdk_draw_image
