[cairo] Looking for example use of Quartz surface with rcairo...

Hi,

I've been using Cairo through the Ruby bindings to generate output on a
number of
different surfaces.  I'm having trouble getting a build of Cairo and the
Ruby bindings
that recognize the Quartz surface though.

Can some kind soul share their Mac setup for successfully doing this?

Details:

- Cairo 1.8.8 installed via MacPorts with the "-quartz" and "-no-x11"
options
- Ruby 1.8.7 installed via rvm
- rcairo 1.8.1 installed via Gems
