[cairo] create_cairo_context resulting in segmentation fault (Windows, GCC, Code::Blocks)

Again, I managed to get it working by myself. I compiled cairomm with
MinGW again, but this time with the --enable-static option. After adding
the respective library file (libcairomm-1.0.a) to the linker, it worked.
Just in case, that in future someone had the same problem.

I followed several examples saying, that I had to create a cairo context in the on_exposed_event of a DrawingArea. Unfortunately, when I'm trying to call window->create_cairo_context() I end up with an segmentation fault.
