[cairo] Rendering bug when using operator "source" (ver. 1.12)

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Yet again the source operators
strikes the unwary. I had thought by pulling that logic into
cairo-composite-rectangles.c we had the extents tracking bugs from 1.10
fixed. Maybe this time!
