[cairo] Can't download releases/cairo-1.12.2.tar.xz

Hi,
I've tried many times to download the file:
http://cairographics.org/releases/cairo-1.12.2.tar.xz
But have not had any success. It generally gets somewhere between 50 and
70% done, then stops. I tried with curl and chrome. Chrome behavior is
strange, it stopped at 19.6MB but did not indicate any download error.
Curl just says "transfer closed". (Below is the verbose output from one
curl session.) When I tried to resume, curl says
"HTTP server doesn't seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume."
Is there a mirror somewhere? An FTP site?
FWIW, this is currently blocking anybody that tries to install gnuplot on
OSX with brew.
Thanks,
Mark
