[cairo] Pixman - iOS and Android configuration

Hi -

Not sure what you mean by "configuration" here…can you elaborate?

I have pixman and cairo compiling and functioning on iOS, but I'll admit I'm only using a small part of the API. But, I'd be happy to share whatever info I have with you…
