[cairo] scale and paint a one-pixel width image

A rgb(0,0,0) to rgb(256,256,256) linear gradient image, set the scale(256,1) and paint it to screen, the result was not I wanted. I think the right result should be the same operate in photoshop: create a size(1,256) file, draw a linear gradient, then set the image size to (256,256), it is right.
