Adam Jackson's xlib/xcb fix for crashing when swapping 0-sized glyphs
was the only significant change from 11/06 to 11/13, so probably
accounts for the ~28 passes on the X backend.

The rest of the glx and egl results changes are likely just the usual
noise.
