Yes, that does seem like an important one to include - in fact that's
what got me thinking we ought to get a release out.  Unfortunately I'm
not sure exactly what we should do to address the issues that got
raised.  And... given the earlier issues showed up only after it was in
the tree for a while, I'm worried it may not be appropriate to land a
fixed version right on the eve of a release.  But once it does get
sorted and has gotten adequate testing, I'd be happy to bump out another
point release.

(I'm also thinking another snapshot release in a few months maybe.  I've
got a few feature patchsets I've been chewing on a while, that I'll post
after the release is out.  I know others have various patches in
progress, so hopefully the review queues can get some attention so we
can get a lot landed, but I know everyone's time is scarce so we'll need
to see how it goes and play it by ear.  Advice welcome.)
