[cairo] Time for a release ?

As a side note wrt the font issues: I really would speculate the
"default" options for text-rendering have changed.
I looked at a failing test (inverse-text) with reference attached as
reference.png.
Current default (or no explicit) font_options_t yield before.png (which
really looks kinda crappy).
Setting the hinting-style to medium results in after.png which looks a
lot better and closer to the reference.
My font-config does not seem to get me the right fonts though (clearly
different type-face).
