[cairo] Missing fix for win32 printing surface

Hello,



When using win32 printing surface, still have the following issue:

It is mentioned in the ChangeLog for 1.16.0 as fixed by Adrian: "win32-print: fix unbounded surface assertion"

But, I couldn't find the appropriate changes in the source code: I checked as 1.16.0 as the latest 1.17.4

After adding the changes manually into my local copy, the assertion has really disappeared.



Would it be possible add this fix into the next cairo release?
