[Cairo] Compiling libic with visual studio .net / color problems

I always had strange colors with cairo under win32. Drawing in red gave
yellow too for instance. Compiling libic without optimization fixed
this(/Od compiler flag).
Might be usefull to other people who compile cairo under win32 :)
