[cairo] Porting of Cairo Graphics to T-Engine - Source Linking Issue

Basically cairo uses GNU libtool to collect & link
object files to libcairo. I've not tested to build
cairo without GNU libtool (maybe it is possible,
but not straight forward). GNU libtool is supported
on your platform: T-Kernel?
