[cairo] List of required DLL when distributing?

Hi Travis,

I have seen your explanation and found it very helpful, thanks.

I was wondering if it would be possible to share the resulting DLL, as well.
I do not need it any more, but it took a quite some time to set my
environment up - probably a barrier of entry to some people on Windows
(having little GNU experience).

Just a thought,
