[cairo] Embedding phonetic symbols in R

I googled a bit and found:

  http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php

the binaries there may work for you.  The cairo package definitely
depends on the fontconfig, freetype, libpng and zlib packages there,
and the fontconfig there probably needs that expat.

You may need all of the packages in the *GTK+ individual packages*
and *Required third party dependencies* sections.
