[cairo] Cairomm with Code::Blocks and GCC for MS Windows

Okay,

admittedly I was a bit fast on posting on this list. I obviously got it 
working now, by adding the .dll.a created with MinGW. I have not 
succeeded in painting something, but at least I'm compiling and running 
now, the rest should be fairly easy.
